Dashboard Overview
Your Personal Dashboard
When you log in, you see your personalized dashboard with:
- My Open Tasks — Tasks assigned to you
- Pending Approvals — Documents waiting for your approval
- My Timesheets — Recent time entries
- Notifications — Updates and alerts
- Favorites — Your most-used documents
Customizing Your Dashboard
Click Customize (gear icon)
Add, remove, or rearrange widgets
Save your custom layout
Reset to default if needed

Custom Reports
Creating a Custom Report
Go to DOBiz SmartERP > Reports > Custom Report
Click + Add Custom Report
Define:
Report Name
Reference DocType — Which data to report on
Columns — Which fields to show
Filters — Default filter values
Click Save
The report will appear in the Reports list
Example: Project Cost Summary Report
Reference: Project
Columns: Name, Status, Project Value, Total Costs, Profit Margin
Filters: Company = Kistet Engineering & Trading

1. Click Export button (top-right)
2. Select format:
- Excel (.xlsx)
- CSV (.csv)
- PDF (.pdf)
3. Download the file

Click Print button
Preview the report
Adjust page settings if needed
Print or save as PDF
